Balla Hadid's Outfit at Cannes

    Bella Hadid never fails to have the perfect outfit for every occasion. While in Cannes for the 77th Cannes Film Festival, she wore several eye catching outfits, but when she stepped out in a hot pink Keffiyeh dress as she enjoyed a pink gelato and took a stroll through the Croisette, she was bound to make all the tabloids again. Sandy Relief Concert Benefit Best Dressed: Blake Lively

Last night there was a rain of stars that helped the sandy relief concert benefit, but out of all the stars Blake Lively stood out the most with her radiant red mini dress from the Isabel Marant Spring 2013 Collection, the dress has a beautiful detailing of silver studs all around. She paired the dress with Christian Louboutin 'Coussin Caged Ankle Boots' in nude. Besides Blake's outfit I believe for Kristen Stewart to also have worn a great outfit, she wore Pre-Fall 2013 Jonathan Simkhai shorts and top.
