Balla Hadid's Outfit at Cannes

    Bella Hadid never fails to have the perfect outfit for every occasion. While in Cannes for the 77th Cannes Film Festival, she wore several eye catching outfits, but when she stepped out in a hot pink Keffiyeh dress as she enjoyed a pink gelato and took a stroll through the Croisette, she was bound to make all the tabloids again. Best Dressed: Anna Paquin in Rachel Comey Dress

The beautiful actress Anna Paquin walked the red carpet for the premiere of "True Bloods" fifth season on Wednesday May 30, 2012  in Hollywood, California. Anna (currently pregnant) rocked a black Rachel Comey Spring 2012 RTW dress, detailing a fishnet chest and hem while the rest of the dress has a sequined lining. She accessorized with Casadei Spring 2011 triple platform peep toe pumps with a front bow, Christian Louboutin patent bow clutch, a silver Stephen Webster thorn noir cuff, and black stone earrings.
