Balla Hadid's Outfit at Cannes

    Bella Hadid never fails to dress for the occasion, while in Cannes for the 77th Cannes Film Festival, she wore several outfits but one that caught the eye of the tabloids was the hot pink Keffiyeh dress that she wore as she took a stroll through the Croisette while eating a pink gelato. National Board of Review- Best Dressed: Anne Hathaway

Anne Hathaway joined her Les Miserables Co-Stars to receive the Best Ensemble Award at the National Board Of Review Awards. Anne was very elegant in a beautiful black tuxedo outfit from the Saint Laurent Spring 2013 collection, she accessorized with a Jill Milan Chelsea clutch in black leather and shark lock sandals from Givenchy.
