Balla Hadid's Outfit at Cannes

    Bella Hadid never fails to have the perfect outfit for every occasion. While in Cannes for the 77th Cannes Film Festival, she wore several eye catching outfits, but when she stepped out in a hot pink Keffiyeh dress as she enjoyed a pink gelato and took a stroll through the Croisette, she was bound to make all the tabloids again. National Board of Review- Best Dressed: Anne Hathaway

Anne Hathaway joined her Les Miserables Co-Stars to receive the Best Ensemble Award at the National Board Of Review Awards. Anne was very elegant in a beautiful black tuxedo outfit from the Saint Laurent Spring 2013 collection, she accessorized with a Jill Milan Chelsea clutch in black leather and shark lock sandals from Givenchy.
