Balla Hadid's Outfit at Cannes

    Bella Hadid never fails to have the perfect outfit for every occasion. While in Cannes for the 77th Cannes Film Festival, she wore several eye catching outfits, but when she stepped out in a hot pink Keffiyeh dress as she enjoyed a pink gelato and took a stroll through the Croisette, she was bound to make all the tabloids again. Get The Look: Lily Collins in M83's "Claudia Lewis"

I just recently watched the new video "Claudia Lewis" from the album Hurry Up Were Dreaming by M83 and I just fell in love with the style. The long blue hair and red raincoat over a knitted cardigan and floral black dress which was accessorized with lace up military boots and some some dark tights, this outfit will look great this fall. I got inspired to put together an outfit just like the one Lily wore for the video and here is what I found.
