Balla Hadid's Outfit at Cannes

    Bella Hadid never fails to have the perfect outfit for every occasion. While in Cannes for the 77th Cannes Film Festival, she wore several eye catching outfits, but when she stepped out in a hot pink Keffiyeh dress as she enjoyed a pink gelato and took a stroll through the Croisette, she was bound to make all the tabloids again. Everyone is getting ready for this Fall, the cold air sweeps in and takes our summer away, the atmosphere changes and so do we in our food and importantly our clothes. Its the time to cover up with sweaters, long sleeves and boots. Lucky for us this fall Target will bring us a new collaboration with designer Adam Lippes; an American designer that started out his fame at Oscar De La Renta.
