    Bella Hadid never fails to have the perfect outfit for every occasion. While in Cannes for the 77th Cannes Film Festival, she wore several eye catching outfits, but when she stepped out in a hot pink Keffiyeh dress as she enjoyed a pink gelato and took a stroll through the Croisette, she was bound to make all the tabloids again.
