Balla Hadid's Outfit at Cannes

    Bella Hadid never fails to have the perfect outfit for every occasion. While in Cannes for the 77th Cannes Film Festival, she wore several eye catching outfits, but when she stepped out in a hot pink Keffiyeh dress as she enjoyed a pink gelato and took a stroll through the Croisette, she was bound to make all the tabloids again. Blair looks adorable in a super girly outfit when I saw this scene on gossip girl I gasped, I love it, I love the pink embellished dress from Alberta Ferreti and the fabulous Moschino Ruffled Pearl Tweed Jacket, and her accessories the Marc Jacobs quilted handbag and Roger Vivier platform Court Heels, her outfit is perfect and needs no more.
