Balla Hadid's Outfit at Cannes

    Bella Hadid never fails to dress for the occasion, while in Cannes for the 77th Cannes Film Festival, she wore several outfits but one that caught the eye of the tabloids was the hot pink Keffiyeh dress that she wore as she took a stroll through the Croisette while eating a pink gelato. Blair looks adorable in a super girly outfit when I saw this scene on gossip girl I gasped, I love it, I love the pink embellished dress from Alberta Ferreti and the fabulous Moschino Ruffled Pearl Tweed Jacket, and her accessories the Marc Jacobs quilted handbag and Roger Vivier platform Court Heels, her outfit is perfect and needs no more.
